Cannot ship to Belgium!! I order since few years alot of clothes from your store without any delivery restriction and now i just want to order 5 items and it says cannot deliver to your country. Its supposed to be mentioned on the product page but guess what... No mention whatsoever. So basically you have no clue what can or cannot get delivered. Im done with asos. So frustrated with those stupid restrictions. Dont want to sell to me? No problem many other stores want my money.

Good quality clothing. Quick updates on delivery and delivery was on time. Unfortunately, my order was small though it was my size. I thought i could just get a size bigger upon returning but they don't do that service 🙁. So i just placed a new order after sending back the other one. If only they could change that. Otherwise, i recommend shopping with Asos.

Customer service use to be amazing but is now so locked down it's probably not legal. No way to contact about a basic inquiry except by the customer service bot that sends you in circles. At one stage I deleted the app as the returns process now a cost and a chore - it was once easy. Quality of most items on par with Shein and they have free and easier returns. Use to be good with loyalty programs for loyal customers like myself and better quality. What happened to you Asos??
