Ratings and reviews

Terrible product and even worse app, their own app can't find the earbuds even when they are connected to my phone with Bluetooth. Sometimes they remain connected to my phone via Bluetooth even after I put them away in the case and closed it. Other times when taking them out of the case for use, only one side will work and I have to put them back in the case, close it and reopen it. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Will never buy JBL again.

Ok I guess. It takes forever to register that the earbuds are connected, even when I'm listening to music with them. Playback gestures are pretty garbage too. Double tap, triple tap? Good luck! You'll spend so much time trying to make it work (and rectifying the outcomes of misunderstood gestures) that you may as well have just pulled out your phone and pressed the button yourself.

If you are about to download this app, it's already too late.. The headphones forget their configuration all the time. The gesture controls are an unlucky invention : if you use your headphones for running you will experience unwanted activations due to sweat. If it's raining outside, even worse. When cycling, the music will stop in the turns because of the acceleration.
