Yet another poorly designed app that prioritizes form over function. Connecting a bluetooth speaker should be quick and easy. Should reconnect every time. Shouldn't need an app just to flip on a setting for "bluetooth autoreconnect". You restrict a device from reconnecting just so people use your dumb app. Also had to reinstalland clear cache and re-pair the device just to be able to turn on the autoreconnect setting because it was greyed out for no reason. Poor design for expensive speakers.

The app took awhile to connect to both my PartyBox Ultimates, but once I got passed that everything worked well. I like being able to use QoBuz in the app for high quality music streaming over wifi. There are some minor things JBL needs to address in the app. When you active Deep Bass and exit the app, upon reopening the JBL One app it will show that deep bass is now deactivated, but it isn't because you can see on the speaker itself that it is still active.

Limited use for me. I wish the app would save my preferences. Maybe have a default of havlng Smart Sound OFF. I think voices etc. sound better that way. With it on it sounds like a speaker voice coil is bad on most of my device Running through a Roku 4802. Please add this without going through the process of holding mute for 5 seconds then pressing volume up. A $1300 usd sound bar should sound much much better. Please fix this
