Ratings and reviews

Newly installed, now it does not even start anymore. I like the coffee quality and think it is superior over almost all coffee maker. However, the software and the documentation has a lot of problems. The mNual that comes with my Vertuo is illegible - small print of corse paper with only subtle coloring doesn't do the job. The app is mostly for ordering coffee but not good for controlling or managing the machine.

What a pathetic joke of an app. Can't browse collection, can't add products to basket, somehow you can add products to basket, can't process payment in one go. Everyday I get multiple offer notifications but every time I click them I am just taken to the order page, no details on any offer in the app. Rather than placing an order on this app, it's much easier for me to go to my study, turn on 10 year old laptop which takes over 10min to boot and place an order on the website. PATHETIC!!!

I managed to use it, BUT it is slow and unresponsive for some buttons. It's a bit of a headache to use and also claimed that I could get a package deal (a bunch of pods and cappuccino cups w/ saucers) for a certain price since I'm a new member...then disappeared, never to be seen again, once I, "added it to my cart"... It was not a great experience, and I'd probably just use the website next time.
