Ratings and reviews

So far the lessons and associated exercises are enjoyable. I like the UI, it's dense but easy to use. One gripe: when listening to each lesson by aux in my car or by bluetooth headphones, there is a "crossfade" that omits the first second or so off each sentence which is jarring and makes it impossible to follow the speech exercises. I assume this is because lesson is not one full length audio file, but each sentence is a separate file. No other audio on my phone does this. Please fix!

I know some Spanish, but I want to practice more. When I started here, there was no initial check for my level, so they don't have levels, obviously. Also, they start with the formal (usted) form of speaking which can mislead beginners that it is the normal (you) form. I tried it for 10 minutes and I see it is a total waste of time, don't even need a subscription for the locked lessons after lesson 1.

Gave the app free lesson a try, and it's good don't get me wrong, but what it lacks is something that's vital, which is visual learning. When it comes down to learning a language, visuals are vital. For instance, you need to know the shape of your mouth you're making for correct pronunciation or correct tongue position to pronounce correctly. Literally free apps such as YouTube have this, and yet a subscription based application doesn't? Get visual learning implemented, and then you'll have me.
