Ratings and reviews

My experience with this app has been degrading over the past couple years, and even more after the latest major UI update. This is full of bugs; the sounds in voice calls fluctuate for no reason, webcams freeze randomly, sometimes the UI takes over stuff it shouldn't, like your own phone keyboard (it happens the other way around too, like the 'back' button on the phone covering up the 'send' button)... anyway, voice and streaming on this app is inconsistent.

Good way to stay in touch with friends over long distance, or meet new friends with tons of online groups. Edit 2: After redownloading the app, I've noticed it's a lot more responsive. Still a small issue with banner notifications taking you to the right channel for a split second, then immediately putting you in the one you were in when you last closed the app. Still, my experience has improved significantly after a second install.

Omg! Thank you so much for respond to me. The responsiveness of the app has noticeably improved. Previously, the lag was a major inconvenience, especially during critical moments especially in texting. Now, the app runs seamlessly, with faster loading times and smooth transitions. This improvement has greatly enhanced my overall experience, allowing for uninterrupted and more enjoyable interaction
