it's got some good shows, but I haven't been able to watch anything for two days now because it freezes after the third ad/commercial and won't load the shows or movies. it's a big that needs to be fixed because I'm paying for the app but cannot watch anything. I've tried updating and reinstalling and still won't work. hoping they can fix it so we can enjoy the full experience of the app.

My experience has been the most horrid. I downloaded CRAVE on my phone, clicked the subscribe button, and paid! I got a receipt from Google. I checked my credit card and it was charged! But CRAVE would not work. Not on my phone. Not on my TV. I came back to Google Play, and it says to confirm subscription by opening app. I've been opening the app for hours. I called Crave customer service who turned out to be bell. They had no solution. Money has been taken. No one knows where subscription is.

This has been the worst streaming app I've ever used. From volume problems where the volume kept dipping lower and lower as you watched, to the picture suddenly zooming in or freezing all together. When I tried to resolve the issue with their tech department they blamed my TV, saying their app requires the latest tech. Must be my brand new 2 month old Smart Samsung TV that's the problem. To top it off, it's so expensive, over $20 with ads. This is a garbage app and streaming service.
