Be Safe was co-created with a dedicated team of youth, mindyourmind, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and other community partners. The paper companion was developed to work in partnership with the mobile app. Carry it with you or give it to a trusted support person for when you need it. All worked smooth as butter until one random day when I opened the app to find that ALL of my data - safety plan, health info, etc - had been wiped with no option to revert or restore from a backup. I have more coping strategies than can be recalled on demand from memory at the best of times, much less in acute crisis. This random, unannounced deletion of a user's entire safety plan could have ended much worse. Better to keep your safety plan in a password-protected, backed-up text file.

Great concept but screen freezes. Print to large to display all and can't change region. Inopportive for us then
