Ratings and reviews

This app handles streaming terribly. It cuts out all the time, drops connection all the time, makes games practically unwatchable. And before you try blaming my internet feed on it - never had any issues with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, etc. Only with this app, and on all devices that I have it on. Please do something about it if you want me to keep using it in the future.

Worse than illegal online streams. Non-stop freezing/buffering. Overall, an experience not adequate for 2007, let alone 2024. Takes up all my RAM in my new $2000 computer, so can't run anything else at the same time. The app is full of bugs, and nonstop buffers. They provided me contact info to try and remedy the situation. There is no need. Just actually try using your own app and you'll experience the frustrations of the paying customers. The low ratings are warranted.

Downloaded for Euro 2024. Last time I had it installed was the World Cup two years ago. I can't believe you haven't fixed this god awful app in the past two years. It freezes, it skips, it can't play even five seconds of live footage without one of those two things happening. It's just so bad. So disappointing that this shocking app is the only place you can watch international football. Sort it out.
