First Impressions Just arrived from Ireland two weeks ago. Needed a phone ,called into bell that's where the fun started. First I got a ready to go phone that I can top up any time myself. Not knowing ,not only am I being charged for my call but I am charged for the people ringing me. What is that about. Thank God I don't know many people here. I have spent a fortune. Went to the other company 's their all the same. First impressions ( In it for the money)

Crashed immediately Internet tv sucks anyway... Why can't we have a dtv service and little antennas on our phones like in south Korea and Japan? They've been doing it for almost 20 years!
Brutal Pay big money every month for tv and this app may work half the time if lucky.. Tells me to sign in even though username and password are still there. Then gives me some b's excuse about Fibe tv. Don't have it...dont want it...customer service sucks as they have yet to fix problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining.. Can you say monopoly.. They don't care as it's all about the money. A complete joke!
Slow, jumpy reception on Canada's fastest "LTE" network. Update: forced update because we say so. Update also deletes account info. TVO, our local public channel is missing. zero stars if possible
Streaming works fine What I have problems with is that the channels are different on my satellite vs the app. I can't access some of my subscribed channels and other times I will be watching a game on TV and go to watch on my tablet only to be told it's blacked out in my area. ??? Makes no sense.
