just got a brand new TCL q7 with Google TV and the app is awful with it, guide doesn't load, picture is lagging and jumpy, it's unwatchable. it's almost dizzying. I'm now having to use a fire stick and it works seamlessly, but I shouldn't have to. i have no issues with Netflix or anything app on the tv. is Bell planning on addressing this, seems to be an issue.

Can't seem to watch recordings or live tv on the app. It was working fine the day before, no idea what changed since. Getting an error about hdcp compliance issues. I didn't change anything, so don't know why I'm getting this error. I'm able to watch on the browser which makes no sense. Edit: coincidentally, now it seems to be working again after a day and a half. Still frustrating to deal with when clearly it was not an issue on my end. Bell really is pushing me to go to a competitor.

Everytime, and I do mean everytime I minimize the app to get the "picture in picture" small window so I can watch while doing other things on my phone (like sending a text), something bad happens (cannot maximize window back / cannot see the window but I do hear the sound / crashes my phone). always need to close down the app and restart it. this problem does not appear with other apps that does the same picture in picture (Youtube, Twitch)
