How does the Promova Premium work:

We are offering monthly, 6-month, and annual subscription plans for learning languages. Currently, a 7-day free trial is available for an annual Premium subscription only. If you are happy with the features Promova offers, after this period, you will be automatically charged the full price of the chosen Premium plan, which was indicated on a payment screen during checkout. Alternatively, if you are pretty sure you will need less time to boost your language skills, you could choose a monthly or half-yearly subscription.

If you want to cancel the free trial or your current Premium subscription, please make sure to do this at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Otherwise, you will automatically be charged a price according to a chosen Premium plan. To manage your subscription, please go to the Account Settings. Please keep in mind that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

When a subscription is canceled, access to the courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

I have been trying this app for a few lessons but to be honest I dont feel it's doing much. I'm trying to learn German. I do my lessons, they are cute and well-designed, but there is nothing to practice further once you've learned the words. No sentence-building practice or spaced repetition. I don't see how useful it can be to learn a set of words or idioms one day only to never see them again in future lessons. The only other feature is group or private lessons, which are at an extra cost...

Seriously watch out this app. The app program wasn't bad but the customer service is really upsetting. First they take 1 month to respond to you and when you were already tired of waiting and canceled the subscription, they reply back 2-3weeks after to say that I am still active in subscription and take my money on random date and making it look like they had helped me to cancel my subscription. So for the app I have canceled and erased before the second month renewal, I was charged.

FALSE ADVERTISING! They advertise they have a reading feature for the Spanish course, so I bought the app to try it. But I couldn't find the reader. I contacted support. They only have the reader for the English course. I have contacted support and they are not helpful and want me to jump through hoops to get a refund. From the perspective of a language teacher, the app is not very good. It's too much like DuoLingo as it relies too much on multiple choice and matching.
