Very good app so far! Sometimes I get timed out or the survey freezes but customer support is really good on helping me understand what went wrong when I message them about it. I love that the reward when you cash out your stars is given immediately. No real wait time, which is very rare in reward apps. Most make you wait 24h to even 2 weeks to get your reward. This app does not do that. Surveys are hit or miss depending on who or what they are looking for but that is expected!

Very buggy app. I feel like I'm losing out on so many points by either getting error messages in the middle of surveys or this app telling me the survey I just clicked on is not available, even though it just popped up on my home screen. There is also no way to get back into a survey once you've been kicked out due to a system error or accidentally pressed a wrong button somewhere. Really frustrating. But decent potential for collecting points compared to other companies.

I was having some issues with surveys abruptly ended not due to incompatible demographics, but just terminating 80% of the way thru. Then did a long survey, it asked for a 30 or 60 second video, and would give an extra 500 points for it. I did it, and screenshotted the upload being complete. Never got the 500 points. got the same explanation as always, sometimes you're just not compatible with the survey. No I completed it. Then 90% finished with a 250 point survey and it did it again. uninstall
