Forced, full page ads on a shopping app? Extremely unprofessional. The search is garbage, you type in "electromagnetic lock" and it shows you flashlight batteries. There are "app only" deals, which is stupid because the website is way better, it all around drives you away from wanting to buy stuff. I've never once purchased an item through this app, 4/10 would not recommend.

The app works good. No problems found. Cheap deals with lots of promotions and coupons. Alright delivery so far. Decent pictures of the products. The only problem is that ones you have a damaged product/parcel they will wiesel their way out of refunding you or resend the item. Even if you buy the optional shipping insurance. All you get is some points discounted on your next order. Dealing with the second customer service rep. Already. No luck. Just use amazon or ebay, much better customer service.

Products are mostly top notch, but from what I can tell manufacturers extra or seconds from production runs. So unbrand And actually as advertised. The customer service and site ? -10. Couldn't cancel an order 20 mins after I placed on wrong card in error, due to it moving to the warehouse, so they processed and shipped it anyway 6-7 hours after I went thru and confirmed with CS that I was canceling it. There only response wa accept it and sell it. Then they shipped me defective product.
