Ratings and reviews

profiles are nice, but if someone likes you, you can't view their profile back and have to pay for premium just to see. they don't even show up in your match list that you can like or not like. so how am I supposed to get matched when I can't see who liked me and they never show up in the match list for me? oh right, pay for premium, not worth it unless you are willing to pay

Extremely high fees, it shouldn't cost more than a video streaming service just to be able to talk to someone, $20+ a week to pay for an algorithm? if you dont pay the premium fees you will almost never get any matches or likes. I used the free version for over a year and have only ever recieved 4 likes after swiping daily.

For yrs, I told other women Bumble was the best dating app, despite the limitations of dating app algorithms & monetization of hope. However, this summer, their algorithms broke, imo. In 1 weeknd, I went from getting multiple likes/day for weeks to suddenly 1-2 likes, matches from cities & countries far away tho my settings are strictly local, or worse, ENM couples accounts in Discover. I had a Premium acct that no longer worked properly. Their AI chatbot support suggested it was me, not them.
