I've tried to order twice on this app. The first time was on the previous version and it wouldn't process any Google pay payments or add a one-time payment. I just came to try it again and it said to download the updated version. I was excited and thought that they had worked out the bugs. Same thing. No payment processing. We can use Uber but they don't have any of the half and half options.

Doesn't work for my pickup order. missed my ability to use my promo because it won't send order to store and pay in store as promised. wasted about 30mins traveling and having to lineup because they refuse to help walk in orders/pickup. This is beyond broken as I even added other payment methods. seems like this was reported in January and still not working

Very rarely does using the app save time or avoid long lines and waiting times for food. The vast majority of my experiences using the app have resulted in a great waste of time. The usual experience: arriving at or after the expected pick up time then watching multiple people enter, stand in line, order, pay, and leave before my order is ready. More than once I have had an extended wait just to ask about my order...only to discover it hasn't even been started.
