I've tried to order twice on this app. The first time was on the previous version and it wouldn't process any Google pay payments or add a one-time payment. I just came to try it again and it said to download the updated version. I was excited and thought that they had worked out the bugs. Same thing. No payment processing. We can use Uber but they don't have any of the half and half options.

The app does not work for ordering for pickup. Once you create a meal you try to check out and pay through the app with Google Pay, which does not work and it says you can pay in store. However, the store doesn't receive the order from the app so you have to reorder everything and wait to go through the typical line service. It's as if the app is useless besides seeing the menu? Couldn't order through the app so I went with Wendy's. More reliable app experience.

Using the "add to Google Wallet" button on the loyalty page results in a blank card in Google Wallet. Chatting with "Pepper" for help, the Android keyboard blocks the input box, so you can't see what you type. Attempting to attach a screenshot by pressing the paperclip just brings up the keyboard. After three tries it doesn't even let you type anymore, and the click options are useless - no, I'm not having issues with my order, your app is broken and your chat is too.
