I've tried to order twice on this app. The first time was on the previous version and it wouldn't process any Google pay payments or add a one-time payment. I just came to try it again and it said to download the updated version. I was excited and thought that they had worked out the bugs. Same thing. No payment processing. We can use Uber but they don't have any of the half and half options.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I have never experienced a more frustrating online ordering experience. Tried uninstalling, logging out and in and even tried two different bloody phones. No matter what I do, offers never load onto my order, there's always trouble with my Google payment and the order never goes through! What's the point of the freaking app if the things it's supposed to do never work!!

if I could rate at zero I would. for the amount of resources this company has, the sheer level of awful this app is regarding consistent logins, coupons not working, and just no overall feel really bothers me. in the 5 years I've had this app, I've installed and uninstalled it more times than on two hands. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.
