GREAT site. I've only had a couple of problems in the past but, it's been all good for many month's now. I love ordering online and it's ready and paid for before I pick our subs up. In and out, the way I like it!! They have upgraded their menu recently and added more choices to their menu. Alot of new subs were added to the menu and it's great having more to choose from!

Easy to use and the favorites option makes reordering custom sandwiches quick and easy. EDIT: This app was one of my favorites until they updated with the new Subway Series. Now I can't order, I get the message [An error has occurred] and it boots me back to the main menu. Then if I can manage to order a sub the window to Make it a meal is too big for my Samsung phone and won't let me continue to the checkout. Fix it!! I miss my app and my tokens.

Always seems very slow in between click interactions. Have successfully used it a few times. But the last usage was the end for me. I had a re-order ready, submitted it, got the text my credit card was charged, then the order errored out (visual error from the app) and failed. It was not under past orders and never got any other email or notification. The store DID NOT get the order, but I WAS CHARGED. Now I am spending time trying to contact subway corporate and my credit card... super fun.
