App USED to be awesome! Now it is absolute GARBAGE- do not even bother with this. Simply said thanks to this app being completely ruined; I'm going from using it daily to never going to subway again. Quiznos from now on. Great job app team😒👏😒
Used to work. Even in Canada. Won't let me order now without updating my profile info, but won't let me do that without updating my email address which it won't let me do cause that field is empty and greyed out, even though I used my email address to login. Piece of crap. I will take my money elsewhere.
I can't pay with my app. I haven't been able to for over a month or 2 now. It's annoying!!! It claims to be updating for better functionality, but nothing! I find it pointless. I'll be deleting it today.
I've been able to use the app many times in the past. However now I am unable to pay with my Subway cards registered on the app. The pay button is grey will not allow me to pay with the application.
App still says they've disabled the pay function, but that's been a month now. I liked it the two times it was functioning. Saved me time on my lunch break.
It stopped working today and wouldnt let me login. I got around that and it wouldn't let me pay or register a new account. I have at least 600 reward points that I hope are still there.
