Ratings and reviews

Not my preferred crypto platform. My biggest issue is the fees, which I find higher than many competitors, especially if you're making frequent purchases or smaller transactions. Another concern is reliability during periods of high market activity. And last are the horror stories of customers being locked out of their accounts - unable to access their assets.

The app has cryptos on it and you can trade them. But it could use more data tracking, such as recording the overall return of your investments. Didn't think I would have to manually track it... Wouldn't recommend unless you plan on checking your investments regularly and keeping a seperate ledger/spreadsheet for your investments. SMH. PS - If someone from the development team sees this review, just look at the UI for investments on wealth simply. They know how to present financial data.

It was good at first after everything was set up and verified. Until about a month in when my account was locked out of nowhere. This didn't happen after I made a bunch of purchases or had been sitting idle for weeks on end, yknow 'sus stuff? It just happened out of nowhere. The message said it should take 1 to 2 days to have my account verified again. It's now been 2 weeks. I cannot buy, sell or withdraw any of my funds. I have emailed support several times. They just keep telling me to wait.
