Use Wish if you want to take a chance on your things getting delivered to you. Half the time you'll get your stuff other half it never shows up and they dont do much for you! Ive been using Wish for a few years now. Lately (within the last 5 months), the service is terribly slow, taking 2 months sometimes 3 just for my ordered products to reach me. I used to get things early within a few weeks so this is unfortunate. I am deleting this app as soon as my products come in. I am especially deleting it because of the way they deal with customers. For instance, I ordered something in December, waited and waited. Never showed up. Then i contact customer support and am told they cannot do anything because I took too long to request a complaint! Wow. You have just lost a great customer.

I normally do not put comment but I need to for wish. 1. Quality. Most items that you receive from wish the quality is not what u see. In fact I can say I have thrown almost 90 percent of the items I receive our because of their poor quality. 2. Shipping. You probably pay twice more than the item for the shipping but either you will never receive them or it will take more than 4 months to receive an item. 3. They used to have an easy refund process which would make it up for the other two issue.

STICK WITH AMAZON OR EBAY!!!!!!! Ordered product from the app and the arrival date changed. The updated arrival date of the product has come and gone and no product arrival. I spoke to several people that I know whom use the app, and they are having the same issues. Some waiting for product ordered several months ago. This app, feels like a scam. I won't waste my time or money on it ever again.
