Ratings and reviews

Program is slow. It doesn't always connect, or record your punches. Not being able to punch out unless you are in a specific location is a pain. 10 feet outside the work building, and I can't clock out. While multifactor authentication is nice for security it means I couldn't use the app for a month when I was having phone troubles. If I didn't have to use it, I wouldn't.

Other than finding out what I've been paid and how it was broken down this app is useless. I can't see my remaining holiday hours, sick time, or floater days. There's other things that would be useful on here also, like when our next contract raise is due, and how much it is, for example, but that seems like a lot to ask when we aren't even getting a lot of the basic information that could/should be available to us. Very unreliable. One minute it works perfectly fine, next thing it doesn't. I've set up everything already a while back to have it where I can use my biometrics to sign in and everything and have not changed my password since set up, but this time it's telling me unable to log in and I've never set up a security question for me to reset my password. Very frustrating app to deal it.
