Even though when you first start out the character limit is low I think that is a good safeguard. You get rewarded with extra characters the longer you have a ticket with the idol. If translations are a bit confusing I use a translation app to help me out. I am also learning Korean so that I can converse easier. I love this app!

it's a huge group chat with others fans and the idol which is understandable. I don't like how you can't edit the message that's already been sent, and when you unsend you don't get another chance to send another message because you only get 3 per day. The app mentions that you can get a birthday message from the idol but nothing was received...which I get since it's not guaranteed. too many limitations on the app of not being able to share photos or anything with them but text.

I love this app, so much. I have a subscription with felix. Ive paid for 2 MONTHS in a row and have NOTHING. I've seen other people getting his messages and yet im getting NOTHING. so disappointed and I want a refund :(
