Beware of return policy and process. This app makes it very difficult to return items. I have been trying to make a return for 20 minutes and its not working. so frustrating. I am unable to find a contact number to talk to a human. I ordered 3 skirts in my usual size of medium and all 3 fit like smalls. 2 I want to exchange and 1 (pet hair resistant fabric i want to return due to weird fabric)

It would be great if you could tag your fave items in the app, so it would make going back to them easier with a "Favourites Tab". Some apps have this & if an item becomes discontinued, it drops off your list or some apps leave it & suggest an alternative. Let's be honest sorting through the endless amount of your products is tedious when you want something specific but can't remember the full description. I can't count the amount of times I've left the app because I can't find a specific item

This review is of the app ONLY, I haven't placed my order yet. Currently the app is super buggy and it's very frustrating. A lot (not all) of the clothing items I click on to take a closer look or just to add it to my cart so I can buy it, close the app down completely. I click the thumbnail, it brings it up briefly, freezes, and shuts the whole thing down. Halara needs to get on fixing that if they want people to be able to actually buy their clothing. (I am using the app on a Google Pixel 10)
