I've been a long time user/subscriber, close to 10yrs now. The app was always great and functional, never had any issues, it always worked as it should. However, for the last few months the app has become more less completely useless. It crashes upon opening constantly, or freezes up, my settings change on their own (auto uploads etc) where I'm losing photos which I thought were backed up. Putting countless photo memories at risk now. This is not acceptable for ANY paid app in my opinion!

for the past month I have not been able to get past the ad for Dropbox plus. I log on and can't move on from there. They tell me I have to sign up for plus or else I have to unlink a device. When I reply okay to unlinking the device nothing happens. I am beyond annoyed! I used this app for years problem free. I don't know what was done to change it but it sucks. I can't even get to my settings

App is far too expensive to subscribe to, even with one of their "special offers". It's time Dropbox checked out their competitors and made some serious price cuts. They also shrunk my images to thumbnail resolution when they were uploaded. I didn't realize this at the time and had since lost the originals left only with the thumbnails. Thanks, Dropbox.
