App is terribly lagging. Impossible to update a cart, it takes 20 seconds for. Every. Single. Click. Also, the app lacks the possibility to delete a whole cart from a shop. whether it's in hope that we click buy later or just by laziness to add the feature, there is no excuse for not having this option neither in the app nor the website. EDIT: with the limit of 99 items in a basket and the sheer impossibility to make space for a few items in less than five minutes, you're just losing customers

The website is better. The fact that it keeps pushing and pushing to install this app is annoying to begin with. I can't just set the app the show me physical only items, yet I can on the website. They also have part of their ui covering up pictures of items, the favorites bar is always blocking part of the item I am trying to view. I can't seem to change my profile picture, which is minor, yet it has been a feature on many apps and sites for decades now. This app needs much more work.

I'm only a buyer. I had an issue with an order. submitted the ticket on June 2. stilll haven't received help but account was suspended. no explanation, no reason. asked SEVERAL times to give at least the reason. dead end!!! if you are suspending an account, the least you can do is to provide the reason so people can address the issue if there is one. all my credit card is in order. to my knowledge not a single seller have made a complaint so Why ?
