Welcome to the new HERE WeGo!

HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.

Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. You can even find parking at your destination and get guided directly to it.

Visit the same places often? Save them in a collection to stay organised and find them easier. Or use shortcuts to get directions to them in one click

Need to make an extra stop or want to go a specific way? Simply add waypoints to your routes and HERE WeGo guides you there.

Want to save your mobile data and stay on course even without an internet connection when travelling? Download a map of a region, country or continent and complete your journey while staying totally offline.

I have only used this a couple of times. There are three volume levels. Speak loudly to chat at a party. Yell over the music to announce at a party. And yell over a hurricane to announce an emergency evacuation. it ignores car radio volume settings and phone volume settings. The voice is jittery. The directions are sound, but there is no way to review navigation while driving. I was going to Costco and told Google to add a stop along the way. My directions did not seem to update...

Inaccurate and illogical directions given. Even worse when I took a more logical route and the map tried to correct my route by sending me away from my direct route. I really had high hopes for this app because all of the other features and interface are cool. I feel like I've given the app a fair shake. I even double checked my settings. The app keeps suggesting the worst routes possible, and I know my way around this city very well. Seriously flawed, and needs more work.

This is a great navigation app featuring traffic data. I've suggested to the developers to greatly reduce the size of the menu that overlays the map while not in navigation mode - plenty of users keep the map view on their Android Auto vehicle screens without being in navigation mode and the menu takes up nearly half the screen. Another suggestion I have is to increase map street name sizes, or choose a thicker font type, and vary it based on how the map is zoomed.
