Very disappointing and practically useless for me. The app doesn’t properly support other email services and seems to force users to sign up with a Google account. Not everyone wants to provide their Google account information just to use an app. Some people may love it, but it’s definitely not designed for everyone. I deleted it because the sign-up process is too restrictive. The developers should provide more email options and improve the overall user experience.

I used the app for a long time and it's not the same. Whenever I am in voice or video call with someone, it stops every 10 minutes. This causes me to redial every time. And the change phone number won't allow you to change one trusted number to another within the same region. This displays a message: 'The phone number you entered doesn't match your account's.' Please fix this!!!

The app takes a very long time to open, and then it stays stuck on "Connecting..." forever. Even after opening a chat to make a call, it gets horribly laggy and stuck. On top of that, there are way too many ads! When I disconnect a call, the app refuses to close and the call screen doesn't disappear for a long time. My internet connection is extremely fast and all other apps work smoothly, so this is definitely an issue with imo itself. very bad experience
