Ratings and reviews

Went through the process of setting the account and adding people, but the home screen is blank. The people added, though we cant see them, can message my kid, but my kid can't send messages out without using the notification of receiving a message that only drops down for a couple seconds before it's gone. It like this across three different devices. In the parent portal, I can see who has messaged my kid, but not what. Even the "Help Center" comes up blank.

Useless app. Turn away and abandon all hope of trying to get this app to work. I had to grant permission for my child to create an account. More than a dozen attempts of using my password, having to create a new password -- this array of passwords were never accepted. I then tried creating a new account, went through the same myriad of passwords, still nothing. I even attempted the "One-time Password" button, and the app could never Auth. Total failure of a product. Do not waste your time

The app is overall great, sure ot can be a bit glitchy here and there, but the bugs are rarely even big. The only thing that's really annoying, is that on some devices you can have a full theme, on others you can decorate it a little bit, and on aome (like mine) you're stuck with a dark blue, amd cannot change it. I've tried many different ways, but it just doesn't work. It's not that much of a big deal, but it's just a really annoying bug :/
