I'm honestly amazed that a company can shoot themselves in the foot this hard. I have used this app for more than 2 years and was happy with it. However, Restricting access to our passwords to one device for free users and hiding multi access behind the subscription fee is nothing more than a greedy cash grab. I recommend BitWarden as an alternative.

It's alright although I find every time that I change a password that it will give me the option to save the updated password and I have clicked on save a number of times but it never actually updates the password so the next time I try to sign in to whatever I'm signing into it says the password is incorrect! So, I usually have to edit the password myself under the saved passwords to ensure that it's been updated!!

I've been using the paid version for a few years now, and it keeps improving. Authorizing with finger print always works and the authenticator (separate app) is fast. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that sometimes when I'm adding a new site from my phone it doesn't connect to save it, or it doesn't sync. This doesn't happen often though.
