it was a good app until one day it just stopped working. now every time I try to do anything in it, it just gets stuck on any loading screen so no more coins can be earned and I cant even contact support. uninstalling and reinstalling only resulted in not being able to log in at all. edit: was responded to on here telling me to use in app support after stating that in app support wasnt working. come on guys!

Removing my five-star rating because it fails tracking your game playtime, it makes you do 99% of surveys and then tells you that you don't qualify. The only thing it does, if it even does it properly, is track steps. I played one of the games for more than 24 hours straight, because it was fun, but the tracker decided that I didn't play for more than 48 minutes. I reset the phone a few times. now it's wants 24-hour access to your phone location or one of the functions won't work.

When I started, the app gave 25 coins for every 2500 steps. A later update changed it to 15 at 2500 and more at 5000. They said this was to incentivize people. That worked for me. But a recent update moved the goal post again: 15 for 2500, 30 for 6000. I also noticed the prizes were getting more expensive. There wasn't a message on "incentivizing people to walk more" this time— I have yet to afford a single prize. My time using this app is over, and I still have nothing to show for it.
