Like this app a lot for it's UI and a vast database. However could be improved by applying uniform units across the database. Once set units should be singular, be it gm, oz, cups etc. Also combining exercise with the diet is rudimentary and overestimates its input towards these goal encouraging eating to the calorie budget. Having said all this it has allowed me to reach my goal easily and simply by keeping to 300 calories below budget.
Been using app for a couple of weeks, I really like it. Feels a little clunky entering meals but ok. Would love autopilot to be free (even for a month)
I am still trying to out this apps, but I like it very much
I enjoy using it and it has helped me keep the weight off.
Wonderful tool to track calories and exercise. Easy to use.
This app, paired with my Fitbit app, has been a game changer. It's wonderful to be able to see detailed nutritional info. I use the recipe builder a lot, as I do a lot of meal prepping in the form of soups and stews, and it breaks down caloric and nutritional data. The food grade is useful to select food at a glance. And it's easy to use, but with a ton of useful data and feedback.
