What an exceptionally poor app. Continuously gives "connection" error messages, regardless of whether or not you are using wifi or data. I had assumed that the app would be as good as their website. Sadly, that is not the case. I guess I will continue to book online via my laptop. Aside from the app, they are a great franchise to deal with.

Booking usually works fine, but the check in part has never worked for me. It force stops the app, or just gets stuck "processing". Or, the one time I could check in, the mobile key never popped up. It's so frustrating because I just want to get everything organized for travel so I'm not doing anything last minute...

I'm a huge Marriott fan (lifetime gold Bonvoy member) but this app is terrible. It frequently fails to load anything at all, and the only solution at this point is to completely uninstall and reinstall it when this happens, and then hope for the best. And it's not my device or internet - this is the only app that does this and the problem even occurs when I'm on Marriott's own WiFi!! I only wish there were a better way to access my account on a mobile device.
