Ratings and reviews

Over the last 3 weeks, the music has randomly paused while listening to music. The app is up to date, I have a great signal, or I'm on wifi. Any scenerio I was in, the music consistently paused multiple times during each song. I am hoping an update will be released soon to fix the bug. Otherwise, I will be canceling my membership. Up until this loint, I absolutely loved youtube music.

I just switched over for podcasts as Google Podcasts is going away, and I'm having an issue where the audio keeps stopping. The pod keeps playing, but the audio cuts out. I have to skip ahead 30 seconds, stop, and then rewind 10 seconds for it to start playing again. If I rewind to the same spot, it seems not to start again. I reached out to a support email and was sent a generic reply from a no-reply email that did not help 2 stars instead of 1 as I've loved the app for a long time for music.

Keeps stopping playing on a standard s22. If it can't play without stopping and not being able to start playing again, it doesn't seem much of a selling point for a subscription. No other app I have tried for music has this issue on the same phone. There are no bandwidth issues or internet speed issues. There is some bug in the app as other media players work without issue.
