I love that this app is very simple to use. The only reason it doesn't yet get five stars is because I tend to have to re-crop many of the pages I scan, but I did reach out to support to let them know. Hopefully, the development team will improve things over time. I love that I can easily share with friends and family. I can't say that for many of the photo storage sites I've used in the past. I would recommend using a consistent location/lighting setup for scanning- results can vary at times.

Would be amazing if the finished product was better. Very easy because it's just a point and shoot. It crops it for you which is nice however the crop is always incorrect. Also it does not remove any glare. You're better off scanning your photo on a traditional scanner or taking a photo of a photo and cropping it yourself. Hoping improvements can be made

Nice approach but impractical for most photos. 90% of the photos I have are glossy finished, and no combination of natural light I can find eliminates the reflection problem. Google's Photoscan takes multiple angles to remove glare; perhaps if this form of capture technique is employed in Photomyne, I would definitely be interested in long term commitment. For now, just doesn't suit my particular needs.
