Ratings and reviews

App struggles to both acquire and maintain a VPN connection. I'm constantly having to fight with it just to keep it working. It should just be as simple as setting and forgetting it but apparently not. Sometimes it just fails to connect while at others it just refuses to even try and I have to force-stop just to get it to cooperate. PIA seriously needs to work on the mobile app's reliability as I don't have this issue with the desktop app.

i find the PIA servers are fairly unreliable, and sometimes i have to try 15+ servers before things work. the biggest issues with the app, however, are regular instances of connect-disconnect loops that can only be circumvented by force stopping the app. more recently, the app has also been reconnecting to different servers on its own, which is incredibly undesirable. i haven't found any settings that toggle that. the app should only change servers when i tell it to.

Overall best VPN I've used BUTthr last couple of days it's been disconnecting and not reconnecting until I manually do it (its set to automatically connect and with killswitch) and its really annoying. Idk what to do I've restarted, tried to update, and anything else I can think of on my phone I'm at a loss, maybe it's just a bug and a small update would fix but idk what to do about it.
