Ratings and reviews

Major problems with editing tools. You can select more than one or two sentences at a time, as an example. The app was working, but even after updating, restarting, and adjusting settings, it is useless. DO NOT USE WIX if you are planning to publish ANY written content, advertisements, blogs, etc. There are better apps and website hosts that are not broken and dysfunctional. Update: downgraded to 1 star — Now I am finding the media selection tool is completely changed. and broken.

Wix will absolutely refuse to refund you for an auto-renewed subscription even if it's just a few days past if you don't turn it off. They intentionally make unclear how to turn it off as well. Then, they will not credit you the full amount you spent (which is more than double what I signed up for originally) when changing plans to something cheaper. My trust with them has been absolutely shattered and I do not recommend using their services or this app. It's not very useful anyway.

The app itself is an awesome tool to have. You have to invest in the ecommerce version if you want to have clients book online and pay online. It's not that bad, I got the money back in one 90 mins massage session when client booked. I only spent about $60. Maybe I should have gotten the 2 year website. Might be easier then. You can add your client's own info, and bookings to your calendar. It will tell you how much you've earned as well. It's awesome.
