Update crippled the whole app! It was working beautifully until I installed the most recent update. From that moment on, USELESS! It closes itself seconds after opening, but insists on telling me every 25 seconds that "McAfee is running in the background". I can't even submit a report about it since it crashes so quickly, nor can I uninstall the update and go back to the working version. According to the online forum, this has been a problem for months with no solution forthcoming

Don't waste your money on any paid subscription!! Would give 0 stars of possible. What a sham. Paid for an All Access subscription with apparently unlimited licenses, but the app won't recognize the subscription on ANY mobile device. Spent 3.5hrs with "customer service" and mobile support team, only for them to see for themselves their app won't work as it should. It is their app design issue, and they can't explain it. Yet no customer experience restitution. Despicable!

I have a paid subscription, the latest update has caused the following issies, cant back up, scan set up GPS tracking etc. The app also keeps crashing. I am not sure what exactly do i have a paid subscription for (i have the unlimited Total Protrction). If this is not rectified, i will be seeking a full refund via my credit card used to purchase.
