NetGuard is an internet security app, which offers simple and advanced ways to restrict apps' access to the internet.

Applications and addresses can individually be allowed or denied access to your Wi-Fi and/or mobile connection. Root permissions are not required.

NetGuard uses the Android VPNService to route traffic to itself, so it can be filtered on-device instead of on a server. Only one app can use this service at the same time, which is a limitation of Android.

Excellent app, I'm connected to WIFI 99% of the time so I don't need a large data plan (300mb), just emergencies. Can prevent data hogs like YouTube from sucking up my data, even if I open/try to use them accidentally or get out of range of my router. Much better than the default Data Saver with Android that still allows data if the app is in use. Wish there was a tip jar, will look at the paid features. Thanks.

Best app on my phone. It's extremely easy to block any app, the speed graph notification works as expected and is customisable (kudos to you dev), the log function is extremely usefull and the "new internet access notification" makes it super easy to reactivate an app specific internet connection. One modification i would suggest would be to add a custom profiles (ex:which app is blocked and which one is allowed) for situations where more or less data is available.

Thank you for your hard work, this is a great app. My main concern is that once in a while ALL apps disappear. I can no longer search for anything and the only solution is to uninstall then reinstall. This is highly time consuming. This routinely and randomly happen with my fold device. I would appreciate some help. It looks like a bug from user perspective.
