BlockerX is a content blocker app. In addition to NSFW content blocking, BlockerX can also block gambling apps, gaming, dating and social media apps. It will help you in improving you stay focused and enhance productivity.

Main features:

1) Adult content blocker: Block NSFW / inappropriate content, distracting apps & websites with the click of a single toggle switch. Any mature/explicit content will be fully filtered, taking away distractions & potential addictions. This permission is required in order to block adult website domains & enforce safe search on search engines at the network. However, this is an optional feature. Only if the user turns on "block across browsers (VPN)" - VpnService will be activated.

Accessibility services: This app uses the accessibility service permission (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) to block adult content websites. System alert window: This app uses the system alert window permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) to show a block window over adult content.

Ratings and reviews

Feels like a scam. Within seconds of downloading, it's already calling you an addict. Then using that to push the annual plan at a 'discount' of 83%. Feels like a scare tactic to force you to purchase it since if you dont make use of it, the price goes up SUBSTANTIALLY apparently. You ignore all that and try to use the default free features. Except you can't. You try and turn on the blocker but it keeps redirecting you to the purchase page for premium. Free to download, but then forced to pay.

Deceiving. Even the basic advertised features require payment, this app should not be marked free. Very likely a data farming scam due to requiring full authorization over your device, not to mention being denied by firewalls and having a huge user data leak 2 years ago. The app uses potentially false information to target and attack you, and the developer qualifications need to be authenticated. This app is just wrong and should not be available for download.

Loaded the app for my son, and added billing details because you cant active a trial without if. after logging in realised you need to pay for each thing you want to block. when signing up, it clearly stated "cancel any time". i tried cancelling before the payment, and could not find a billing page. i logged a ticket with support, no response. i sent a follow up to support, no response. now the money is paid, and i can see the billing options, but when you click on it, it says an error occured.
