unable to login to the app. just stays on login page saying loading. I have a failed payment because I had to cancel my debit card because of fraud and cant login to pay.

"Please wait while we log you into your account" - Proceeds to say this for Eternity. Haven't even been able to log in let alone use the app. How hard can a smooth login process be to make?

app suddenly stopped working. now unable to use. uninstalled and reinstalled still not working. contacted support still not heard from them.
