Ratings and reviews

The clothing sizes are accurate, and the quality is good. The only negative thing I would mention is the shipping. Even if you pay extra for faster delivery, your package still arrives late. I wouldn't recommend paying for express shippingjust choose the standard shipping instead, as it will likely arrive around the same time... Another downside is that they don't have a customer service team you can contact if you need

Horrendous experience with customer service. Communication was horrible, he was unable to look up anything within my order (I had to do all the work and list ever single item and he still didn't find it) and after 40 minutes chatting- no solution to the problem. I'm a pretty good customer to ASOS and never had a single problem. But now, I don't know. I don't trust them anymore.

It was a very long time ago but it was at one day where i ordered a jacket for my brother. He wanted the tall version of it so I canceled the order. The payment was done immediately after ordering via PayPal. So the money got transacted already. When i canceled the status said that it was succesfully canceled. Yet I never got my money back. Worst experience i ever had with ASOS. Amazing products, but the 80 euros which i lost for nothing is sadly enough to give this a 1 star. Im really sorry.
