Good prices. For me this app has been very helpful, sometimes I struggle to get groceries in time because of my work shifts. Also struggling with health issues, and I'm awake at times groceries aren't possible anymore. I wish they did add English to the app, but I am happy to see they have many italian food options as well ❤️‍🩹. I thank the Picnic team for their help 🫶🏾 for everything they do to make groceries accessible to the elderly, people at risk, the people with disabilities etc.

The App experience itself is mostly good, but the shopping experience has room for improvement. One big disappointment is, you can't remove items after you clicked "buy" even if the delivery date is multiple days in the future. The other big disappointment is you can only shop via the app. If want to share the shoping list on a comfortable big screen of your laptop with your partner, it is not possible. Even when they send you gifts via email, you can't accept them on your laptop. The Email experience for me is very bad on my phone so I only read them on my computer. I hope this gets fixed in the future.

You have to set up an account before you can see what is available but there is a waitlist for our area. You're told your number, but they don't know how long until you can order, what you can order or if they'll even have products you want to order. At least Knusper lets you see what they have available. The most pointless app I've ever downloaded so I've deleted my account and uninstalled the app. Update-how fast is the waitlist? Hours, days, weeks or months? What is your Sortiment?
