this app is 100% ad-free! Sometimes I receive negative ratings due to radio stations playing advertisements. There is nothing I could do against that. The app itself is ad-free.

Advice: Use either the new function 'commercial-suppression' or 1-2 minutes of 'increasing volume' for your alarms. You won't hear the first commercial then.

Radio Alarm Clock +

This is an online clock radio / radio alarm app.
It evolved from the 'Radio Alarm Clock (100% free of charge & ad-free!)'.
It is a heavily refurbished version with a more modern design, many improvements and new functions. It contains no ads!

This app is still being developed and improved.
There may be bugs and errors which may prevent the clock radio from waking you up as intended!
Please consider using a 'normal' alarm clock in addition to this app.


The advantages and new functions of the Radio Alarm Clock + include, among others:

•completely new, more modern design

•a night clock

•even / odd week support for alarms

•options for WIFI auto on/off

•a beeper alarm to prevent from falling asleep again

This is an online radio alarm clock app.
An internet connection is needed in order to play online streams.
In case no internet connection is available an internal audio file will be played as backup, in order to wake you up anyway.

Ratings and reviews

Simple but powerful. I love that the free version is so respectful of the user. This encouraged me to buy the full version as a thank you. I suggest making it easier to switch from the free to the paid version by offering to import settings automatically, including the list of favorites. At the moment, this requires copying manually the favorites file.

On a Pixel 7, I just had the problem that I couldn't snooze/disable the alarm. The notification in notification center said "press here to snooze" which took me to the app, however there was no such option. Had no such problem before on a Huawei. Other than that it's an awesome app, and I gladly paid for it. (Update: app was excluded from battery optimization before problem occured. OS is Android 13. Reinstalled the app, let's see.)

Complicated and weird but that's whatever, until it did the worst possible thing... the alarm didn't go off. The screen was on as if the alarm was active, but no sound. been working fine for the last week but just decided not to work. Fortunately, I was still able to wake up at a reasonable time thanks to my backup alarm, but that's unacceptable. One time and we're done, uninstalled.
