Consistently drops connection. After opening a document from remote source, app is no longer connected to the source. I must completely close the app and restart. Its a huge waste of time.

Hello, AiData is a file management app to access the NAS files on the phone. To open documents files, please share with us more information about what apps you used to open the documents while selecting the file on the AiData? Since October 16th "Update" app constantly looses network connection with NAS. Never happened before this. Simple, worked before October 16th "Update", now constant "Check Network Connection" errors. Have to restart application to regain connection. I stand behind my review. The ONLY change from working to errors was your application "Update".

Hello, Yes, you only "Update" the App, but we ONLY receive this issue from you on Android 10. It's not a general issue. No other users report it and we cannot reproduce it. It is just a file browsing app for nas, what exactly "Ai" work this app is doing?... Marketing/hype word to sell the product. Not self learning and helping us in any way of AI LLM models does today.

Hello, Yes, the App is the file management of the NAS on the mobile phones, and the App name is created more earlier than the current the popular AI concept. And the name we used is "Ai" not "AI".
