Requested to change my password several times with the code when I put the new password in are still cannot get into my account keep saying wrong password or did it ten times

This app must be defective or its designed to scam you out of points as half the surveys you complete will flash an error message at the end not giving you points. Been a member for 14 years but I'm getting nothing on 50% of the surveys I answer. They claim its an error?

This app used to be much better. Now the rewards offered for the amount of time are a joke. 0.75 points for 15 minutes? Really? Who does those? And worst of all, 9 times out of 10, the surveys will run fine for a while but then after 10 minutes or more of filling them out, i get an error message and then it just goes away or it waits way too long to tell me i am disqualified. Don't waste your time. Deleting this now.
