Yoroi allows users to manage ADA on their phone. It is a lightweight wallet that launches quickly, allowing users to start sending or receiving ADA in minutes.

The Yoroi Android App is small and can be downloaded without using much bandwidth. Additionally, Yoroi is a light wallet, which means it does not require a full copy of the blockchain to be stored on the user's device. This means the bandwidth requirements for using the wallet are also low.

Private keys associated with user wallets are only stored locally on the user's device, and this data is encrypted with a wallet password. Private keys are never stored on any centrally-hosted servers.

With support in four languages, Yoroi makes it easier than ever to manage your ADA.

New to this wallet- I setup everything correct and no issue signing in. But just after signing-in an error message pops up and I can't access my wallet. E-mailed the error message to support,not long ago and hopefully I will hear from them sooner. But it is frustrating when a wallet with money breaks and you realize you can lose it just like that. 😟 The overall design and simplicity of usage is great. reliability??? Follow-up - the team reached out to me and solved the issue. Very Professional!

In the meantime, if you need to access your wallet and have access to a computer, you can use our browser extension.

Since mid-September 2025, I keep getting this error on Yoroi Mobile: Error: Failed to transform fund info response. It happens when I try to access the staking/governance section. I’ve already updated the app, restarted my phone, and tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the problem persists. Please investigate this ongoing issue — other users seem to be affected, too. UPDATE: As of 26 September, all is working well. The recent update has remidied the problem. Thank you!

UPDATE: I received some good customer support from Yoroi and resolved some of the issues. Still, There is no option to export the seed phrase and this wallet can not be used to claim the Cardano Midnight airdrop. I'd encourage the team to add some of these features that are standard in almost every other wallet out there. I'll update the review when addressed
