I installed this app one week ago to use one of the charging station. After accepting the data policy I got an error message (Oops! Something went wrong). Calling the service center, it seems to be a known issue, so they passed it to the corresponding team... And after one week it is not fixed yet. Of course, I couldn't use the charging station. Fortunately, I found one from a different company nearby. Definitely, Endesa isn't supporting electric mobility in Spain.

It's the worst App ever. You can't register a payment method. Every time you leave the app to verify with your bank, the app loses all the data, so have to start again. I've tried doing it from a computer, which It adds the payment method, but that does not transfer to the app when you login. So frustrating!

Ever since the last update this app has gotten worse. Twice this week my car didn't charge on schedule even though I have to reset it frequently because it won't honor it and immediately starts charging but only to 99% then stops. Tonight my car is charging but the app says my car is not plugged in. I'm to the point I may just replace the unit itself so I don't have to deal with this app at all. And as a home user I don't care about the commercial chargers why is it all crammed in to one app?
