Ratings and reviews

As much as I like Ionity and the fast charging, I still can't activate the chargers with this app. it worked for a few months and then it quit on November 10, 2022. I've been reporting the issue but as of February 2023, there is still no fix. I'm paying the monthly service, but in order to charge, I have to call my wife who activates the chargers remotely from her iPhone. It's outrageous.

Doesn't work now. Making it work is like pulling teeth. I've charged ~4 times, and needed to move the car to a different charging point twice. Both the app and the on-charger UI are super unintuitive and janky. Really terrible UX. A bad experience allround, but 2 stars because I _was_ able to charge eventually.

Everything works and works well, but the only thing is reserving £40 every time you charge. I recently did a trip to Amsterdam and had to charge 5 times over 4 days, so I had to outlay £200 to be charged £90 and get £110 back 4 days later. Would it not be better to credit an Ionity account and only be able to use what's in the Ionity account if that makes sense?
