hope, it allows in-app login, because your previous update, create a lot of problems especially in areas of poor network, once u click login, and it opens another chrome logging platform and their is poor network, send app will not recognize the login details and will return back to logging or sign up section. this experience is frustrating. allow in app login as before abeg.

Decent rate to send funds out of Africa but is not so good to send into Africa. Main issues are too many glitches, mediocre UX, and terrible rate of transaction failures....1 in 5 occasional failures is bearable (when fixed quickly) but 4 failures out 5 is shambolic especially when they take way too long to fix (sometimes days!!) and the customer service seems a bit lost / clueless.

My husband tried to send me money from Nigeria to the Uk. It has been 24 hours now, he made the transaction, it has been pending since, they took the money from his account but i've never get it. Costumer service is not really helpful, we get automated responses. I'd like to get in touch with someone and get my money or refund my husband.
