The Cornerstone TalentSpace mobile app provides an extension of our Feedback, 1:1 Meeting, Learning and Talent View capabilities available in TalentSpace. This free app gives end users an easy way to send and receive feedback, get tips and reminders on providing effective feedback, encourage and track 1:1 dialogue, access learning, work with goals, and connect with colleagues across the organization – all from a smartphone!
With the TalentSpace mobile app you can:
* Share in-the-moment feedback, recognition and coaching tips with colleagues in your team and across your organization. You can include photos and links with your feedback.
* Get instant notifications of and access to new feedback received.
* Read useful tips and suggestions on how to give and receive effective feedback.
* Search for and connect with others in your organization using Talent View.
* Prepare for 1:1 meetings by viewing and adding agenda topics as they come up.
* Participate in and capture notes from 1:1 meetings anywhere, anytime. Track start and end of meetings, navigate agenda, view topics and add comments.
* View learning list details and launch mobile friendly learning content.
* Sign on to TalentSpace from the app without entering credentials to launch learning, view and edit goals, view tasks, and so on.
