Ratings and reviews

The app is OK, works well but it has one really annoying design issue. When you log in to the app you have to enter a PIN code, but there is a "button" to close the keypad right above the "2" key. For some reason this almost always activates even if I press inside the "2". It only works reliably if I press at the bottom of the "2" key. I don't use my ING account much so I often forget this, and even if I remember it it often takes two or three tries to get in. Please move the close-keypad button (down arrow) a bit higher up so it doesn't interfere with the keypad itself. Or remove it altogether, because at the PIN entry screen there is no point to close the keypad (there's nothing else you can do there anyway). Besides this the app is fine. It does what it should do.

The app has improved and may have some glitches here and there but overall happy except for the lack of one feature which I have suggested via other channels so decided to do it here. Would love the option of seeing my transactions on the day they were made and not the day they were finalized. Sometimes I see a purchase on a Monday for instance but it was done on the previous Friday evening... This would be so useful to see it on Friday as it gives me a better overview of my spendings per day.

I’m very happy with ING Bank! The app is fast, secure, and super easy to use. I can check balances, make transfers, and manage everything in seconds. Customer service is always friendly and helpful, and I love the real-time notifications for every transaction. ING keeps improving with every update — simple, smart, and reliable banking at its best.
