I've been using this app for almost a year and redeemed my points multiple times. But ever since I updated the app, I can no longer collect the coins I generated. It always says that "Ad Loading Failed". I tried numerous times but the same line pops up on my screen. Because of that, I've been missing the coins I should be collecting from my daily steps.

after spending close to 30minutes answering a survey in bitlab I got to the final stage to end the survey only for the page to stop loading. it was so annoying as I could not reload the page to get it back online. I lost the survey and the 170 coins it was to give me (wasted effort😤). 🤬😡🤬. I just feel like I'm wasting my time. each day I login I only end up receiving problems and I'm getting tired of using this app. I've lost a lot of coins in the past because the ads don't won't load

I thought this was a hassle free app, but turns out to be much difficult to use. You can only redeem the coins if you use ad, and you can only collect them within the day because next day it'll be gone same as the steps you have made. Don't even get me started with those ads having error almost all the time, I know it works that way but I don't recommend this if you don't like hassle at all
